Ryan Walsh

M.A, R.P (Qual)

Ryan holds a Master of Science in Psychotherapy from McMaster University and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). He provides a warm, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental space where young people feel understood and supported.

Ryan’s approach is collaborative and evidence-based. He focuses on practical strategies that help youth build coping skills, manage emotions, and strengthen confidence. He has experience supporting anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, stress-related challenges, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions. Ryan also supports neurodiverse youth, including those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Ryan believes change happens through connection and that every person has the capacity for growth. He feels honoured to work alongside youth and families as they nurture hope and create a future that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
