She has a particular interest in anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma-informed care.
Approach to Therapy: Hannah believes that therapy is a collaborative process. Every person brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals, so she strives to work alongside clients to find an approach that feels right for them. She aims to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Clients can expect Hannah to be thoughtful, patient, open-minded, and genuinely invested in understanding their perspective.
Educational Background and Training: B.Sc. (Hons) with a Major in Biology at Queen's University, current Master Student in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School
Star Statement: Before beginning graduate training in clinical psychology, Hannah spent several years supporting children and adolescents in a variety of settings: as a swim instructor, high school tutor, and Kids Help Phone crisis responder. Although each role looked different, they all taught her the importance of meeting young people where they are, building trust, and helping them feel capable during challenging moments. These experiences continue to shape the way Hannah approaches therapy today.
