Circle of Security

Circle of Security ® Parenting™ is an 8-week virtual program for all caregivers with children aged 0 and up. Informed by decades of attachment research, caregivers will learn to identify and respond to their children's attachment needs, build secure relationships, and understand their children's behaviour through a new lens. 

This program facilitates a safe and collaborative space for caregivers to engage in reflection on their parenting and learn what their child(ren)'s behaviour may be telling them.

Research finds that children with more secure relationships with their caregivers have improved emotion-regulation skills, higher self-esteem, more meaningful relationships, and better social skills.

Parent Group

Group Cost: $100/hr with a commitment for the full group series. Our services are covered by most extended health benefits plans. Please confirm with your insurance provider that you have coverage for psychological services.  Receipts will be provided following each session. Payment is required following each session, including missed sessions.
