
Yoga CBT for Anxiety
This therapy group combines yoga, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, self-compassion, and breathing techniques to help participants develop emotional resilience and coping skills.
Through engaging activities and exercises, participants will learn to manage anxiety, stress, and negative thoughts by practicing mindfulness, building self-compassion, and using breathing techniques to stay calm. Yoga poses and movement will help them connect with their bodies and release tension, while CBT tools will empower them to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns. It's a supportive space where young minds can grow stronger mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Group Cost: $100/hr with a commitment for the full group series (typically 6-9 hours). Our services are covered by most extended health benefits plans. Please confirm with your insurance provider that you have coverage for psychological services. Receipts will be provided following each session. Payment is required following each session, including missed sessions.
