Self-Regulation & Social Skills
This structured, skills-based group is designed to support children in developing emotional self-regulation, impulse control, and age-appropriate social interaction. Through engaging activities, games, and guided discussions, participants learn to identify and manage emotions, practice coping strategies, and build key social skills such as empathy, perspective-taking, active listening, and problem-solving. The group promotes a supportive environment where children can gain confidence, improve peer relationships, and apply new strategies in real-life situations.
