
Executive Functioning Skills
This therapeutic group is designed to help children ages 9–13 develop and strengthen executive functioning (EF) skills essential for success in school, relationships, and daily life. Executive functions include cognitive processes such as organization, time management, planning, emotional regulation, sustained attention, and flexible thinking. Through engaging activities, practical tools, and guided group discussions, participants will build self-awareness and strategies to enhance their independence and confidence. Topics will include self-awareness and strengths-based thinking, time management, planning and organization, attention and flexible thinking among others.
Ages 9-13 Tuesday 3-4pm or Wednesday 1-2pm
Group Cost: $100/hr with a commitment for the full group series (typically 6-9 hours). Our services are covered by most extended health benefits plans. Please confirm with your insurance provider that you have coverage for psychological services. Receipts will be provided following each session. Payment is required following each session, including missed sessions.
